Making a Complaint

If you have a complaint to bring forward, here’s how you can do it.

Step 2: Escalate to a manager. You’ve discussed the issue with one of our representatives and you’re still not satisfied? You can request to speak with a manager. If a manager is available at the time of your call, they will take the call and work with you in resolving your concern.
Otherwise, a manager will get back to you within the next 24-48h.
If your concern(s) remain unresolved after you’ve spoken with a manager, you can request to escalate your concerns by emailing our director at lavistaview@icloud.com. The same 24-48h timeframe for the director to get back to you may be required for certain situations.
Step 3: National Communication Authority (NCA). The Authority is the statutory body mandated to license and to regulate electronic communications activities and services in the country. The NCA is also mandated is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom
and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been
unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, NCA may be able to help you.
